Welcome to my webpage!
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Hobby School of Public Affairs, University of Houston.
In my research, I study topics within applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on the intersection of energy economics and economic development. I explore the economic impacts of energy resources and their role in shaping inequality, employing advanced econometric techniques, considering energy forecast scenarios, and addressing sustainable development goals.
I also investigate the political economy of the global energy transition, examining how shifts in energy policy influence socioeconomic outcomes.
Previously, I have worked as a, as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), a Visiting Research Scholar at Washington State University's School of Economic Sciences, and a Lecturer teaching economic courses.
